General Policy

1.All prices are indicated in Malaysia Ringgits.

 

2. Only serious buyers. Be 100% sure that you want to purchase the items before filling in the order form. Please do not back out after confirming order. If you're not interested in the item anymore, please do inform us. We won't be blacklisting anybody. Just do it the right way.

 

3. Strictly no negotiation. The prices are final.

 

4.Most of products are real photo provided to minimize the differences between product and photo. If there is not real photo (using magazine or others photo as reference) it may occur 5-15% differences between product and photo.

 

5.Items availability runs on a first pay, first serve basis.

 

6. Payment, including delivery charges must be paid within 3 days once the confirmation order is made. Orders are canceled otherwise.

 

7. All items will be delivered only after full payment is made. 
 

8.We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

• The item ordered being unavailable from stock.

• Our inability to obtain payment from you.

• The identification of an error within the item information, including price or promotion

 

9.You may receive your parcel within 3 working days if the products are ready products.

 

10.We will make all effort to check and ensure that your item is at good condition prior sending out your item. Hence, we will not be responsible of your item after sending your tracking number. All items will not be exchangeable & returnable.

 

Pre-order item

1.All Pre-orders will end at the 15th and 30th of every month.

 

2.Out of stock might happened on pre-order item. No worry, we will inform you and refund the full amount.

 

3.Please DO NOT place order if you are unable to wait for the shipment to arrive. Once pre-order placed are NOT REFUNDABLE. Unless if factory out of stock AM9. will refund the money to buyer on both side mutual understanding.

 

4.All pre-order items shall arrive in 3 weeks time from the date of close order (15th and 30th of every month)

Nationwide (only)

1-3 days are required for parcel to arrive.

West M'sia - RM10 

East M'sia - RM 12
